Palo Alto, Calif, June 20, 2016 – Odyssey Telecorp Inc. announced today that Tower Cloud has reached a definitive agreement to be acquired by Communications Sales & Leasing Inc. (NASDAQ: CSAL).
Tower Cloud, which was founded by Odyssey in 2006, builds and operates high-capacity broadband transport networks in the southeast U.S. It was a pioneer in the fiber-to-the-tower market and provides macro tower cell site backhaul services to the national wireless carriers. Its operations complement and will create synergies with CS&L’s existing portfolio companies, including PEG Bandwidth.
