ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Aug. 27, 2014 –PT Access Networks announced today that it sold 269 wireless attachment leases in the southeast United States to Vertical Bridge Holdings LLC.
Under terms of the agreement, PT Access Networks—which is jointly owned by OT Holdings LLC, (an affiliate of Odyssey Telecorp Inc.) and Progress Energy—will transfer to Vertical Bridge Holdings a portfolio of 269 investment-grade tenant leases at locations in Florida and North Carolina. PT Access Networks will remain the exclusive provider of construction and maintenance services at all these locations, and will remain the sole provider of new attachments on utility infrastructure within its current territory. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
